Share the property address, its condition and what you hope to accomplish. We will ask questions so we can determine whether a direct purchase makes sense.

2. Review a written proposal

If the home qualifies, we will explain our proposed purchase price, inspection and cancellation provisions, estimated expenses, and the information we still need to verify.

3. Understand your Closing Confidence Plan

We will discuss title, liens, repairs, belongings, possession and the steps needed to reach closing. We do not promise a particular closing date before reviewing title and other transaction requirements.

4. Decide whether to proceed

You decide whether our offer works for you. If you accept, the parties sign a written agreement and coordinate closing through an appropriate escrow and title company.
